View from the choir

I am a Catholic layperson and Secular Franciscan with a sense of humor. After years in the back pew watching, I have moved into the choir. It's nice to see faces instead of the backs of heads. But I still maintain God has a sense of humor - and that we are created in God's image.

Huckabee leads Catholic Radio Poll

Ave Maria Radio is running a poll on the Republican Presidential candidates. The results thus far:

Rudy Giuliani 5%
Mike Huckabee 35%
John McCain 11%
Mitt Romney 14%
Fred Thompson 16%
Other 19%

So far, Huckabee is clearly winning.

I can't believe Ron Paul supporters did not spam it. Well that is a good sign. I am praying for Huckabee

Too many people don't realize that the Bible is history and one only needs to see how GOD put leaders into power to give glory to Himself....some good...some wicked. If He's seeking a godly man to lead the USA, He will move people to vote for Mike Huckabee. On the other hand, if it serves His sovereign purpose to have an UNgodly person in office....pick one!
