Culture of Death: Who's next?
"While it is true that the taking of life not yet born or in its final stages is sometimes marked by a mistaken sense of altruism and human compassion, it cannot be denied that such a culture of death, taken as a whole, betrays a completely individualistic concept of freedom, which ends up by becoming the freedom of `the strong' against the weak who have no choice but to submit." - Pope John Paul II, Evangelium Vitae.

Who will be next?
Let's hope it's not Iranian civilians.

Or Pakistani ones - since the "peace" candidate has talked about potentially attacking there!
Senator Obama is hardly a "peace candidate." For him to be so, he would need to approach my stance on pacifism.
Happy Election Day
Todd
I was, of course, being ironic.
He is as much a hawk as is McCain - eliminating that excuse that some Catholics give for voting for Obama.
Have a good election day yourself!
I'm still hoping my behind-the-scene contacts are right and we're in for a surprise.
