View from the choir
I am a Catholic layperson and Secular Franciscan with a sense of humor. After years in the back pew watching, I have moved into the choir. It's nice to see faces instead of the backs of heads. But I still maintain God has a sense of humor - and that we are created in God's image.

minister?
Yes, "minister" is a canonically approved title of some officials in the Secular Franciscan Order - the National Minister, for example, or the Regional Minister for each of the regions.
Oh I see, it just seemed a bit odd to me.
yesterday I visited the friary of the 'Franciscans of the Imaculata' in Endicott. I was quite impressed and spiritually refreshed.
